When you use PeakForm, we collect:

Account information: email address and password (hashed, never stored in plain text).
Profile data: name, age, sex, height, weight, fitness goals, training level, and activity level — provided voluntarily by you.
Workout data: muscle groups, exercises, notes, and dates you log.
Chat messages: conversations with the AI coach, stored to provide chat history.
Usage data: request counts and timestamps for quota management.
Payment data: processed securely by Stripe. We store only the Stripe session ID, payment status, and amount — never your card details.

To provide personalized AI coaching (workout plans, meal suggestions, nutrition calculations).
To manage your account, subscription, and usage quotas.
To improve the service and fix issues.

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

PeakformAI: AI service provider: Profile information and chat messages may be sent to an external AI service provider to generate coaching responses. We do not sell your personal data.
Stripe: Payment processing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Your data is stored in our database. We take reasonable measures to protect it, but no system is 100% secure.

You can:

View and update your profile data at any time.
Request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have rights under GDPR including access, correction, deletion, and data portability.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
